Responsibilities
• You conduct yourself in accordance with the provisions of the High Performance Team Contract.• You consistently provide superior customer service by promptly and thoroughly responding to the clients’ needs and requests and consistently adhere to established departmental expectations.• You consistently evaluate processes identifying areas that can be streamlined and communicate this information to leadership.• You participate in seminars and classes to enhance skills and develop core competencies.• You ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions such as scanning mail, documenting client files, preparing customer deliverables, and processing transactions.• Assist our non-Pinnacle clients with a warm transfer to insurance companies in the event of a claim.• Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
• Associates or Bachelors degree Preferred• Strong professional presence and excellent communication skills• Possesses good communication, listening and organizational skills• Problem solver• Ability to work in a fast paced environment without losing focus• Strong attention to detail
Additional Information
This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

Salary range is $20 to $24 per hour.
