Hourly range is $27 to $32 per hour.

- Respond promptly and professionally to Account Manager, Account Executive, and client requests.
- Follow agency procedures to set up and maintain client files within required timeframes.
- Perform rating functions on carrier websites and process policies and endorsements as per agency guidelines.
- Issue certificates of insurance, applications, ID cards, and other required documents.
- Draft client and carrier correspondence using standard agency templates.
- Maintain suspense items, follow up with clients/carriers, and ensure confidentiality of corporate and client information.
- Complete CIC courses and work toward obtaining the CIC designation in a timely manner.
- 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Insurance.
- Experience managing general liability, commercial property, business auto, and umbrella policies.
- Prior experience working with an insurance agency, brokerage, or insurance carrier.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to successfully interact at all company levels while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality in a team environment.
