Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the Sales team to follow agency procedures for handling of client accounts related to -
- New Business
- Renewals
- Endorsements
- Cancellations
- Audits
- Billing/Financing
- Certificates/EPI/Schedules of Insurance/Auto ID Cards
- Payments
- Customer Service
- Provide an exceptional customer experience. Communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner.
- Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Immediately address any customer’s concern. Request involvement of other firm personnel as required. Notify Commercial Lines Manager of any major concerns and the action taken to resolve
Qualifications
- High School diploma / GED required with a minimum of 2 years of industry-related experience
- Property and Casualty license required (Personal Lines Experience preferred)
- Applied Epic experience preferred
- General knowledge of insurance laws
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
