Hourly range is $42 to $46 per hour.

- Serve as the primary client service contact for multiple accounts.
- Prepare and review submissions, quotations, proposals, endorsements, and policy documents.
- Process premium audits, assist with disputes, and secure premium financing as needed.
- Conduct contract reviews for insurance requirements and issue certificates of insurance.
- Lead monthly renewal meetings and maintain knowledge of carrier underwriting requirements.
- Mentor and coach team members while managing workload with company systems.
- Identify and capitalize on account rounding and cross-sell opportunities.
- 5 years of industry experience, including 3 years as an Account Manager.
- Active state P&C Agent’s License and industry-related certifications expected.
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience with broad industry knowledge.
- Strong work ethic—timely follow-up, proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and agency management systems (AMS Sagitta, ImageRight preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage.
Hourly range is $42 to $46 per hour.
