RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Account Executive (AE) and Client Service Representative (CSR) to ensure clients receive exceptional service and experiences from Alera Group.
Lead carrier implementation processes to ensure smooth transitions and accurate setup.
Support client renewals by assisting with strategic planning, preparing for renewal meetings, and developing open enrollment materials.
Manage complex claims and billing issues, providing effective solutions to both internal teams and external clients.
Develop in-depth knowledge of all plans and products within the assigned book of business and serve as a resource for the client service team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Active Life and Health Insurance State License required
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
Strong understanding of general business principles, including planning, organizing, tracking, and customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations
