RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter client and policy information into the agency management system and assist in account maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to keep shared information updated and assist in generating certificates, documents, and proposals.
- Review policies, process change requests, follow up with carriers, and invoice clients.
- Develop knowledge in Medical Malpractice Liability Insurance and small business accounts, while building relationships with key partners.
- Utilize AMS360, Microsoft Office Suite, and other Alera HCL Tools for daily tasks and ad hoc assignments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, with 0-2 years of relevant insurance experience.
- Proficient in data entry, MS Office, and administrative tasks; AMS360 experience is a plus.
