We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our commercial lines team at our Bondar Insurance Group office. This role has a heavy focus on the Transportation Insurance sector.

Bondar Insurance Group (BIG, Inc) knows that "good advice is your best insurance". With a focus on solving our clients' problems, we offer a unique approach. Our goal is to communicate the benefits of an insurance program rather than the features of an insurance policy. Our service teams are set up with Account Executive leadership, Account Management servicing, and technical assistance. Our approach is to provide our clients with a 365-day stewardship process that begins three months before the inception of the program and continues during the partnership. The overall goal is to establish a service delivery plan that is outcome-based and meets specific financial and operational goals.
This is a hybrid opportunity, working out of our either our Oak Brook, IL or Dallas, TX office and from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding insurance service, renewals, and day-to-day policy administration, including retaining and growing business through cross-sell and account round opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client data in the CRM database, manage action items, and ensure efficient communication across team members and departments.
- Provide service and support to clients, carriers, and partners while maintaining confidentiality and staying informed about industry changes and product offerings.
- Coordinate with the Director of Marketing, Producers, and Account Executives to ensure timely and accurate renewals, handle new and renewal commercial lines business, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Prepare insurance summaries, proposals, quotes, and coverage recommendations, and assist with the review of client exposures, loss experience, and policies for accuracy.
- Ensure all policies are processed from bind stage to issuance, checking for accuracy, completing subjective items, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.
- Manage incoming emails, calendars, tasks, and phone calls efficiently, and follow agency E&O guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required or obtained within 90 days of employment
- Minimum two years of experience in commercial lines account management at a brokerage
- Prior experience with commercial trucking/transportation accounts
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with insurance software tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and multi-task
