As an Account Manager, you will be the main contact for our clients. You will build relationships with your team and clients while assisting them with customer service and ensuring their needs are met. - Maintain positive client and carrier relationships through clear and effective communication.

Maintain client files and ensure accurate account information ensuring proper filing, labeling, & accessibility in EPIC.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Assist the team by quickly responding to policy inquiries through email or phone and providing proactive customer service.
- Assist clients with coverage questions, policy changes, & billing issues.

Handle certificate requests and review contracts for applicable coverage.

Process and invoice endorsements & audits in a timely manner.

Issue and quote premium finance agreements.

Maintain appropriate service timelines by managing activities and image box in EPIC.

Provide backup coverage for other account managers and members of your team.

Assist with overall client/account retention and servicing.

Perform client service functions in a timely, courteous, and professional manner on a day-to-day basis, to include, but not limited to responding to client questions, researching/investigating coverage/billing questions or issues, and problem solving as required.

Communicate in a timely, courteous, and professional manner with clients, co-workers, and carriers, to facilitate a productive environment and ensure proper administration of accounts.

Manage and work with internal non client facing team members within the allowed timeframe to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain necessary CE credit limit to ensure appropriate P&C license is kept active.
- Ownership of the accuracy of all client materials
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License.
- 2 years of commercial lines account management experience at a brokerage.
- Indio and EPIC knowledge preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience collaborating with carriers, vendors, and customers.
- Highly efficient, organized, and self-reliant in managing tasks.
- Proficient in basic math, including decimals and fractions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
