Responsibilities:- Collaborate with HMK producer(s) to manage all policy-related activities for assigned accounts.
- Follow producers’ instructions to manage monthly renewals lists and market renewals and new business accounts.
- Provide quote analysis for producers and assist in preparing policy coverage summaries and proposals.
- Manage policies, endorsements, and audits, including checking policy documents and updating management systems.
- Invoice agency bill policies and changes and ensure accurate reflection of policy coverages.
- Interact daily with clients to receive policy change requests and respond to questions about changes and coverages.
- Communicate daily with insurance carriers to request endorsements, order policies, negotiate pricing, and respond to carrier information requests.
- Must manage a book of business within the small business department, focusing on accounts with premium sizes under $20,000.
- Required to be trained in the use of the HMK Management system, AMS360, and any other necessary platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Must possess knowledge and experience working with various insurance carrier products, carrier websites, and rating systems.
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
