Responsibilities:- You conduct yourself in accordance with the provisions of the High Performance Team Contract.
- You consistently provide superior customer service by promptly and thoroughly responding to the clients’ needs and requests and consistently adhere to established departmental expectations.
- You consistently evaluate processes identifying areas that can be streamlined and communicate this information to leadership.
- You participate in seminars and classes to enhance skills and develop core competencies.
- You ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions such as scanning mail, documenting client files, preparing customer deliverables, and processing transactions.
- Assist our non-Pinnacle clients with a warm transfer to insurance companies in the event of a claim.
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
- Strong professional presence and excellent communication skills
- Possesses good communication, listening and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment without losing focus
- Strong attention to detail
- Associates or Bachelors degree Preferred but not required
This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

Salary range is $20 to $24 per hour.
