Responsibilities:- Provide proactive client service by anticipating needs, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting annual reviews or as needed to ensure high satisfaction and retention (target 95%).
- Analyze client data, identify problems, and develop creative solutions, knowing when to seek additional information or escalate issues.
- Manage client accounts by remarketing when necessary, communicating needs and instructions to carriers, and maintaining detailed account records in the agency management system.
- Create and present insurance summaries and proposals for clients and prospects, supporting new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships.
- Drive book-of-business growth by obtaining referrals, expanding current client relationships, working designated leads, and ensuring all regulatory and internal compliance requirements are met.
- Facilitate and oversee claims processing to ensure prompt, efficient handling and client satisfaction.
- Work independently while effectively collaborating with internal and external clients, conveying ideas clearly through written and verbal communication.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mid-market and affluent personal lines insurance
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Holds appropriate P&C license or willing to obtain
- Professional designations a plus, e.g. CPCU or CIC
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Self motivated
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $70K to $85K per year.
