RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and work closely with Human Resource leads and clients on executing all aspects of the recruitment life cycle.
- Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in all interactions to ensure clarity and a successful recruitment process.
- Develop job descriptions, compelling postings, interview questionnaires, and assessments.
- Posting positions to various ATS systems, conducting screening interviews, and providing summary documents and tools to clients.
- Develop collaborative relationships with clients and co-workers for the overall good of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution combined with at least three years of hands-on sales, recruiting, or HR experience.
- SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification preferred.
- Experience working with customers/clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite systems.
BENEFITS
Salary: $65,000 to $100,000 DOE
