Wilson Albers, an Alera Group Company is seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resource team. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule and will also generally be a “work from home” position!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and work closely with Human Resource leads and clients on executing all aspects of the recruitment life cycle.
  • Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in all interactions to ensure clarity and a successful recruitment process.
  • Develop job descriptions, compelling postings, interview questionnaires, and assessments.
  • Posting positions to various ATS systems, conducting screening interviews, and providing summary documents and tools to clients.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with clients and co-workers for the overall good of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution combined with at least three years of hands-on sales, recruiting, or HR experience.
  • SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification preferred. 
  • Experience working with customers/clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite systems.

BENEFITS

Salary: $65,000 to $100,000 DOE
