RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Service Excellence: Collaborate with our retirement plan advisory team to deliver exceptional service to Retirement Plan Consulting clients.
- Client Deliverables: Prepare professional and accurate materials for ongoing plan review meetings and prospect presentations.
- Day-to-Day Contact: Serve as a reliable point of contact for client support, addressing needs promptly and professionally, and collaborating with vendor partners.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system, supporting internal organization and continuity of service.
- Document & File Management: Organize, store, and maintain important client documents and service records to ensure secure and efficient access.
- Project Management: Manage and track open projects and client follow-ups, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and develop analyses to support client recommendations and deliverables.
- Communication and Marketing: Support ongoing client communications and contribute to marketing efforts to attract prospective clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Services or the Retirement Plan industry preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail is critical. Accuracy and thoroughness are essential to successfully support clients and ensure the integrity of deliverables.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other commonly used applications are required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a professional and client-focused demeanor.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required.
