We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable part-time Administrative Assistant with a focus on data entry for a luxury home and lifestyle management firm located in Blowing Rock. Our company caters to HNW and UHNW individuals, supporting them in all aspects of their lives and meticulously maintaining their properties. This position would be a perfect opportunity for a college student looking to gain experience in the hospitality and luxury services industry, offering hands-on exposure to high-end client management, data entry, and office operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in software systems, including client information, property details, service schedules, and maintenance logs
- Assist in organizing, tracking, and updating client property data (maintenance schedules, client assets, vendor communications, client arrivals/departures)
- Input and organize financial data, including expenses, invoices, and receipts for client projects and supplies
- Maintain accurate digital records of supplies, materials, and client requests
- Help with errands related to client properties, including picking up/delivering packages, purchasing supplies, and other general tasks
- Ensure all data is input accurately and regularly reviewed for consistency and completeness
- Assist with creating, scheduling, and posting social media content to engage our audience and promote our services
- Perform basic office housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized office environment, including tidying common areas, stocking office supplies, and handling light organization tasks
Requirements -
- Exceptional attention to detail with experience in data entry and data management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Polished presentation, enthusiastic, and positive disposition
- Flexible - able to change direction as needed
- Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Legal to work in the US
- Able to pass a comprehensive background check
