As Director of Nursing, you will :
Supervise all nursing staff, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to uphold our standards.
Oversee recruitment, ongoing training, and professional development of nursing staff.
Maintain sufficient staffing and ensure skills remain current.
Monitor nursing conduct, address incidents, and assess residents’ health needs. What You Bring
Qualifications : Current RN license in New York state and a minimum of 5 years in long-term care.
Experience : At least 2 years in a supervisory role, showcasing your leadership.
