As an MRI Technologist, your role will be key in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing MRI scans. You’ll work with a GE scanner, perform diagnostic imaging, and help patients feel comfortable during their procedures. Specific duties include :
Operating MRI machines with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality scans.
Preparing patients for scans, explaining the procedure, and ensuring their comfort throughout the process.
Coordinating with physicians to ensure timely receipt of results.
Documenting procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality and following safety protocols.
Inserting IVs as necessary for certain tests. What We’re Looking For :
2 years of MRI experience in a clinical setting.
BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
NY License (required).
GE Scanner Experience is a must.
Level 1 Trauma Center Experience preferred.
