Position Highlights :
Contract Duration : 13-week travel contract (March 3, 2025 – May 31, 2025)
Competitive Pay : $2,000 per week / $55.50 per hour
Schedule : Flexible 36-hour workweek (3 days), rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights), and some weekend / holiday / on-call shifts
Location : Rochester, NY – A charming city with endless cultural, outdoor, and recreational activities

Your Impact : As an RN in the Psych ER, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care, including :
Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand patient and family history
Collaborating with psychiatrists and behavioral health staff to create personalized treatment plans
Administering medications, monitoring reactions, and ensuring patients’ needs are met
Maintaining a safe, secure environment for both patients and staff
Helping patients understand and manage emotional disturbances, empowering them toward healing
What We’re Looking For :
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) Certification
NY RN License
BLS Certification (AHA)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing (Psych ER, Med Surg experience is a must!)
Telemetry experience required
A compassionate, patient-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
