As an RN in the Traumatic Brain Injury unit, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients at varying stages of recovery. You’ll work with a dynamic team of doctors, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, playing a critical role in the patient’s rehabilitation journey.
- Clinical and Emotional Support: You’ll offer not only medical care but also emotional support to patients and their families as they work toward regaining independence.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with a team of experts to create and implement comprehensive care plans for patients recovering from brain injuries.
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Your expertise will be key in assessing, planning, and providing the best possible care in a complex, fast-paced environment.
We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled RN with the following qualifications:
- Required Experience:
- Telemetry experience
- Recent pediatric experience
- At least two years of RN experience
- Strong background in brain injury care is a plus
- Certifications:
- Current RN license for New York (NY License ONLY)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS or PEARS certifications (AHA ONLY)
