What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at Aleron?
Here's what you'd do:
- Perform manual placement and solder through hole components per specifications Install electronic components, hardware, apply solder mask, and apply solder tape to boards. Perform Electronic Data Entry work into computer responsible for crimping, soldering, reading drawings and schematics. Be responsible to navigate through work order management system Work as an effective team member focused on meeting/exceeding business goals and creating a safe working environment and and positively work with others to increase productivity and reduce cost
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic component identification skills
Ability to read and follow assembly instructions
Ability to use tools including pneumatic and standard crimpers, hand tools and power tools
Basic soldering skills
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $19.47 per hour
