What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at Aleron?
- The position involves accurate and efficient assembly of sensor modules.
- Duties include all steps from automated and manual processes of incoming parts through sub-assembly of intermediate components to final assembly of finished sensor modules.
- Sensor module assembly includes wafer singulation, visual defect inspection, and module assembly utilizing manual and automated processes.
- Accurate record keeping, both manual and electronic.
- Accurate inventory management.
- Input to planning the manufacturing schedule and guidance of personnel in the work cell.
- Involvement in department projects and teams.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $20 - $23/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week (3rd Shift).
Length: Temp (12 Months).
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sensor assembly.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills.
- Good time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills.
