Machine Operator:
Here's what you will receive:
Pay: $18.61 - $23.18 DOE shift differential
Duration: Temp to Perm
Schedule: Weekend, 7am-7pm, Fri-Sun
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload, clean, and inspect parts
- Maintain production records
- Perform complex setups and operate mills, lathes, and routers to machine flat and formed parts to inch and metric specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Evaluate and justify new tooling and machining processes
- Identify deviations in schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications that may interrupt productivity
- Maintain logs and other necessary documents
- Determine the sequence of operations when necessary
- Perform first article inspections when necessary
- Assist others with machining problems
Machinist:
Here's what you will receive:
Pay: $16.73 - $22.60 DOE shift differential
Duration: Temp to Hire
Schedule: 2nd shift, 3pm-1am Mon-Thu
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:
- Perform complex setups and operate mill, lathe, and/or router to machine flat and formed parts to an inch and metric specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Evaluate and justify new tooling and machining processes
- Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications to identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity
- Maintain logs and other necessary documents
- Determine the sequence of operations when necessary
- Perform the first article of inspection when necessary
- Assist others with machining problems
- Work independently with moderate supervision
TIG WELDER:
Here's what you will receive:
Pay: $18.61 - $25.14 DOE shift differential
Duration: Direct Hire
Schedule: Weekend, 7am-7pm, Fri-Sun
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:
- Programming, set-up and running of various welding machines to include hand welding, using a TIG welder and orbital welding using an orbital welding machine of stainless steel and other high purity materials.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform mechanical set-ups and changeovers for all welding operations.
- Execute all of Ichor's Standard Operating Procedures as they pertain to manufacturing related duties.
- Responsible for the study of prints, drawings and specifications to complete finished welds and lay out of tasks using specialized computer welding equipment.
- Proficiently use all approved hand gauges to inspect component quality at the work center.
- Work as a team member to aid others in upholding and maintaining departmental standards including quality goals and on-time delivery goals.
- Demonstrated Ability to process and inspect work in accordance to prints.
- Ability to perform a sequence of operations, consistently maintaining the performance level set for quality and quantity.
- Collaborate with Engineering to develop advanced welding processes.
- Understand and execute Ichor's safety rules and regulations to prevent unsafe set-ups, operations, or acts, which may cause injury to self, others or the environment.
Job Requirements
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience working in high-purity clean room environment.
- Certification in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing preferred.
- Aptitude or understanding of Talon products, systems and UHP industry so as to successfully perform duties.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
