What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Assembler position at Aleron?
Here's what you'd do:
Shift 1A - Shift 1A Sun, Mon, Tues, e/o Wed 5:45am to 6:00pm.
- The Exhaust Processor's primary function is to operate and oversee tube process stations and associated vacuum and electronic equipment to manufacture intensifier tube components.
- The Exhaust Processor uses hand tools to remove numerous stainless-steel bolts to access and remove finished products from the vacuum and electronic equipment.
- The Exhaust Processor will unload and reload the systems without damaging the fragile tubes or the equipment.
- This position will perform various routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- This position has considerable physical demands.
- The incumbent will adhere to procedures and work instructions to perform the exhaust process on components to achieve quality and yield goals set by the Exhaust department.
- Produce a quality product that meets the customer specifications and maintains sufficient inventory to satisfy our internal and external customers.
- Interprets data from Analytical/ Diagnostics equipment to make sound decisions based on relevant facts.
- Utilize various hand tools and follow written process procedures for intensifier image tube processing.
- Monitor data from various meters and sensing devices that measure vacuum, temperature, and torque.
- Maintain accurate record entry using the onsite Quality Tracking System (QTS).
- Define complex equipment issues and quality levels while informing engineering of any process or component that deviates from normal processing.
- Adhere to best vacuum and clean room practices.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of Manufacturing work experience.
