We are seeking an NDT Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality and efficiency standards through meticulous inspection processes.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of products using various testing methods
- Perform Process Control Checks per NAS standard.
- Process parts per internal operating procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining an adequate level of inventory needed for the department.
- Maintain Level III NDT certifications in Magnetic Particle and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection per NAS 410.
- Utilize hand tools to measure and assess product dimensions
- Research data collection to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Apply mechanical knowledge to interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Implement quality control measures in accordance with industry codes and standards
- Utilize a micrometer for precise measurements
- Perform quality inspections to identify defects or irregularities
- Analyze inspection data to provide feedback on product quality
Experience
- Previous experience in quality control or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques is a plus
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $33.74 per hour
