Here's what you'd do:
- Manage customer orders and product allocations via email requests.
- Collaborate professionally with different teams within and outside the organization to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update order records in our system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Work with SAP for order processing.
- Recognize when to escalate customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive team environment while providing the best customer experience.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $25/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Length: Temp (6 Months).

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Excel.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with MS platforms.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Client management systems.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Reporting and analysis.
- Previous experience with order processing.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Windows applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a team environment, be flexible, reliable, and supportive.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
