What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Assembler position at Aleron?
Here's what you'd do:
- Assemble parts or units - work with assemblies or sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
- Assembling size ranges from centimeters to feet.
- Connect cables and wiring according to specifications.
- Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
- Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements
- Agility is needed as they assemble the actual games on the production floor.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $16.50-$17.50/hr ($16.50 to start then $17.50 after meeting expectations).
Hours: 40hrs/week
Length: Temp to Direct
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of small hand tool experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Cordless drills (being able to change the drill bits, socket set experience)
Preferred Skills:
- Be a team player and want to work in a fun environment
