Looking for a Technical Product Owner to play a crucial role in streamlining our loan management system development processes. The ideal candidate possesses a drive to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clear communication of requirements to the development team.
- Develop and maintain a well-defined and comprehensive product backlog.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and quality assurance personnel to deliver high-quality products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, answering questions and providing clarity on backlog items.
- Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring the team understands the scope and objectives of each sprint.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.
- Monitor and report on product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Target Salary range - $ 90-115k
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira or Trello.
