Acara Solutions is seeking a talented Warehouse Clerk to join our client in Torrance CA.
This is a Temporary position. Our client is mission-focused and agile. Our client is bringing tomorrow's
technologies to life today with commercial and defense electronics. The pay rate is $18.00-$23.00. p/hr.
Warehouse Clerk's Responsibilities:
- Clean up and organize warehouse
- 1 year of experience in warehouse operations
- Experience in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, kitting, and inventory
- Using ERP system
- Counting and sorting parts
- Performing inventory counts of parts
- Sorting through parts and place in bins
- Determining whether to dispose or sell sorted parts
- Desire to help where needed
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Must pass Background Screenings
- Must meet ITAR Requirements
Here's what you'll get:
Duration: This is a Temporary role-3 to 4 month contract
Pay rate: $18.00-$23.00 p/hr.
Shift: 1st -Mon - Fri 8 am -4:30 pm (OT some evenings and weekends)
Job Requirements
PREFERRED SKILLS
- At least 1 years of warehouse experience in an Aerospace environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook; Excel)
- Data entry skills for accurate and timely input of inventory records
- At least 1 year of ERP experience with WMS,ION, EPIC Core, PeopleSoft, FedEx, or ORACLE
- 5S Methodology knowledge
- Knowledge of ESD safety protocols and the ability to handle ESD-sensitive components in a safe and compliant manner.
- Self-driven with great time management skills
