•    $23.00 – $25.00 - Armed officers are generally offered this pay based on experience and qualifications
•    $25.00 to $26.00 per hour - Highly skilled individuals with extensive security patrol experience may be considered for this enhanced wage offering
•    Officers may earn up to $27 per hour with shift differential pay if there are any hours worked on graveyard or weekends
•    Want to earn even more?   Overtime hours and pay are available consistently each week - paid at time and a half 
•    Double time pay for Holiday work hours
•    Annual merit increase eligibility – market rate increases may also occur 
•    Earn unlimited additional income from employee referrals is up to $1000.00 per hire

Shift Information:
•    Patrol is 24/7 
•    Must be able to work at least one weekend shift
•    Swing and graveyard shifts are always available.  
 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

•    Firearm Permit 
•    Level 2 retention holster w/a locking hood or a level 3 holster
•    CA Driver’s License with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience, and a clean driving record
•    CA Guard Card
•    Baton certificate or pepper spray permit required prior to scheduling an interview
•    Must be able to take and successfully pass a drug test within 48 hours of the offer and meet the requirements of a background check
•    Candidates with experience as a Security Guard, Security Officer, Sentry, Security Patrol Officers, or Patrol Officers are encouraged to apply
•    Ex Veterans and former military officers, encouraged to apply

The full pay range for Unarmed Patrol Officers is $23 to $26 per hour
