JOB SUMMARY
Alert 360 is looking for a skilled and driven General Manager who can generate sales revenue via a positive working environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operations. The individual will be responsible for developing business strategies to achieve sales targets, reviewing P&L statements, providing excellent customer service, and expanding sales through self-generation techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBLITIES
• Ability to be a self-starter in the field of recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and maintaining peak performance of sales personnel.
• Mentor, drive, and support employees in Houston by developing, outlining and executing on strategies to hit revenue goals for the business.
• Manage and develop consistent self-generating activities while managing leads to final dispositions.
• Provide continued training and support on company objectives such as sales presentations, lead management, new home prospecting, networking partnerships, and other company initiatives.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and work with sales and operations leaders to recommend and overcome challenges in the industry.
• Needs to build strong relationships and influence front-line sales employees. This leader is expected to be in the field 70% of the time and the office the other 30%.
• Create an atmosphere of positivity and reward positive behavior, as well as have the skills to address low performing production and create development plans to increase the required production.
• Maximizing the Alert360 proprietary app (Discover) with timely updates to generate self-gen resale sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed while creating a team environment and pride of ownership in a branch office of hitting and exceeding all branch expectations.
• The General Manager is held accountable for developing action plans to meet or exceed his/her Area P&L targets and sales revenue goals and reduce customer and employee attrition.
• Drive a healthy creation cost through expense management, including technician labor, inventory management, sales commissions, etc.
• Collaborate with other General Managers and RVPs to support and expand Alert 360’s new and existing products and services.
• Consistently partners with HR and other teams to train and develop technicians so we can provide a better customer experience and reduce costs through unnecessary repeated service calls.
• Managing and supporting operations and administration teams.
• Proactive in providing concise feedback and plans to employees as needed when relating to performance.
• Need to be present and available for support as needed.
• Responsible for managing employee and customer relations along with customer escalations.
• Needs to collaborate and work with multiple teams throughout the organization to accomplish the same goals of driving sales and world-class service.
REQUIREMENTS
• Understanding and experience with profit and loss (P&L) management.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience.
• Managing security (residential and commercial) operations preferred
• High attention to detail, as well as strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills – a must.
• Criminal background records check, motor vehicle records check, and drug test required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Applicants must be proficient in operating and maintaining company software programs and using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must possess the ability to excel in a high-paced, rapidly changing environment that involves interaction with the public and customers.
