JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to oversee sales activities and administrative support for several satellite branches. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between sales teams, clients, and internal departments, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Support:
- Assist branch sales teams in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for residential and commercial security systems.
- Monitor and manage sales pipelines to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and client meetings with the sales team.
2. Branch Coordination:
- Ensure sales targets and KPIs are clearly communicated and tracked for each branch.
- Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the service and support teams to address client needs post-sale.
4. Operational Support:
- Prepare monthly sales reports and performance analytics for senior management.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities tailored to specific branch markets.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the security or technology industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (excel/word, etc.) a MUST.
- Familiarity with security systems and video monitoring solutions is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
