Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Working Manager to lead our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of emergency services, contents management, and construction, with a strong ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships. This hands-on role requires leadership and technical expertise to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Supervise and guide team members, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and accountability.
- Train and mentor team members in emergency services, contents handling, and restoration techniques.
- Project Oversight:
- Manage restoration projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Emergency Services Expertise:
- Oversee emergency response efforts for fire, water, storm, or other disaster-related incidents.
- Ensure timely and effective mitigation to minimize property damage.
- Contents Management:
- Supervise inventory, packing, cleaning, and storage of affected contents.
- Ensure accurate documentation and restoration of contents.
- Construction Knowledge:
- Oversee repairs and reconstruction efforts, ensuring alignment with project specifications and codes.
- Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare reports, maintain project documentation, and track progress against objectives.
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in the restoration industry, with knowledge of emergency services, contents handling, and construction.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver projects successfully.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and restoration software is a plus.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
