We are a family owned company that has been in business for over 30 years servicing the Bay Area. We are a pest control company that is constantly busy meeting the demands for our customers.
This job is for FULL time. 5 days a week.Hours are Monday -- Friday 8:00 am -- 5:00 pm.
***We are looking for a skilled accounts receivable clerk to provide financial, administrative and clerical services. Accounts receivable duties also include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations. You will process and monitor incoming payments, and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts***
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
- 30, 60, 90 day Collections
Requirements
- Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk or accountant
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: $27.27 - $28.97 per hour
