We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Craft signature and classic cocktails with precision and creativity
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to guests at the bar.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Recommend wines, spirits, and beverages to complement our menu offerings.
- Build relationships with regular patrons while creating a welcoming vibe for all.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and reducing waste.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience as a bartender in an upscale restaurant or bar.
- Strong knowledge of spirits and cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure with a smile.
- Familiarity with Italian cuisine and culture is a plus!
