Position Summary :
We are seeking an independent, obsessively detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to design and build our sales team processes. This individual will introduce systems to a sales team on a greenfields site and bring longed for discipline, data and processes to the team. They will also play a key role in driving efficiency, providing insights, and supporting the overall success of our sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Processes : : Collaborate with leadership to design, implement, and improve sales processes and workflows.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Sales Forecasting : Work closely with leadership to create accurate sales forecasts.
- Sales Technology : Oversee the implementation and administration of sales technology tools, including CRM systems. Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective use of sales tools.
- Sales Training and Onboarding : Collaborate with leadership to develop and deliver sales training programs.Onboard new sales team members, ensuring integration into processes and tools.
- Sales Compensation : Work with finance to design and administer sales incentive programs.
- Process Documentation and Compliance : Document sales processes, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
