As a Fulfillment Specialist with Aletheia Digital, you will embody this philosophy by serving clients daily and partnering with your team members to ensure our work meets and exceeds expectations.
As a Fulfillment Specialist, the key responsibilities you’ll engage in daily are:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- MAKE IT WORK
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform lead generation campaigns across Google LSAs, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and additional channels
- Drive and maintain strong performance metrics, including CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates, through continuous monitoring and optimization
- EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
- Implement and manage end-to-end tracking, attribution, and reporting across platforms
- Collaborate with the Success Team to ensure lead quality, proper routing, and follow-up
- Analyze performance data to generate insights, identify growth opportunities, and optimize targeting, creative, and workflows throughout the lead journey
- AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIP
- Partner with Success Team to learn and understand Aletheia Digital client goals and personal motivators
- Build relationships and strengthen partnerships with key Aletheia Digital platforms
As a Fulfillment Specialist, the desired or required experience we are looking for are:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a marketing, computer science or digital advertising-related field preferred AND/OR
- 2 years of experience in performance marketing focused on lead generation and/or brand development
- Proven track record of managing multi-platform campaigns with excellent KPI results
- Deep understanding of Google LSAs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display Ads, and Video Ads
- Highly analytical—comfortable working with conversion data, attribution models, and lead quality metrics
- Effective communicator who can collaborate across marketing, sales and fulfillment

- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications
- Experience in the home services industries or local service-based businesses is a major plus
