Job Description: We’re seeking a VP of Nursing Operations to join our team at our Corporate Office in Watkinsville, GA. The ideal candidate for this position is a dedicated nursing leader focused on ensuring the delivery of care at the highest level of patient quality and safety. This position provides vision and guidance to develop highly competent patient care operational structures and promotes a culture of innovative patient-family centered care focused on excellence. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Some travel to contracted facilities will be necessary.
- Oversee Nursing Operations at Aletheia-contracted facilities.
- Oversee Quality and Compliance and other projects as directed.
Position Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
- A Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration is favorable.
- An unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Georgia is required.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in nursing with at least 3 years of nursing management experience is required.
- A proven record of effective and ongoing programs to measure, assess, and improve the quality of nursing care delivered to patients.
