What are the responsibilities and job description for the CASE MANAGER position at ALETHEIA HOUSE INC?
The case manager will provide individual behavioral health services to adults who have been diagnosed with a substance use disorder including an opioid use. The case manager will provide supportive services to adults in substance use disorder treatment. The case manager works closely with the Program Manager to accomplish the mission and service goals of Aletheia House.
