What are the responsibilities and job description for the CASE MANAGER position at ALETHEIA HOUSE?
The case manager will provide individual behavioral health services to adults who have been diagnosed with a substance use disorder including an opioid use. The case manager will provide supportive services to adults in substance use disorder treatment. The case manager works closely with the Program Manager to accomplish the mission and service goals of Aletheia House.
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, social services or relevant lived experience required
Experience providing supportive services, a plus
Must have a current Driver’s License and a good driving record
Motor vehicle report, required
Travel:
Travel may be required daily or on occasional basis
Must be willing to use and have your own personal transportation
Mileage reimbursement for personal use of vehicle is included
