General Duties:
Aleut is in search of an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual with expertise in Modeling and Simulation (MOD/SIM) to build MOD/SIM capabilities and develop/execute training scenarios in the Officer Training Course (OTC) program at the 319 CTS, Peterson SFB, CO.
- Deliver MOD/SIM support to the OTC curriculum as required in Space Operations, Intelligence Operations, and Cyberspace Operations phases of instruction building and executing end-of-block exercises.
- Deliver MOD/SIM support to the development and execution of the 10-day OTC Graduation Exercise.
- Coordinate instructional activities with Contract Task Lead, and government supervisory personnel.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Work on-site – minimal telework.
- Occasional swing shift work (if applicable)
- Proficiency in C programming.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Active or current Top-Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required.
- Familiarity with U.S. Space Force-related Tactical Data Processors and applications – GCCS, Agile Client, PDS-M, TRS-Dashboard, and GIANT.
- Familiarity with AFSIM modeling and simulation tools.
- Familiarity with Systems Toolkit
- Skilled communicator, experienced in providing platform instruction to an academically diverse audience of military, government civilian, and contract personnel.
- Completion of Air Force Instructor Course or equivalent.
- Instructional System Design (ISD) experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field. Six years of experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
- Required – minimum three years of experience managing modeling and simulation tools and building training scenarios.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000
