Main Responsibilities
- Manage the Aleut Federal Contracts staff and perform as an individual contributor.
- Mentor less-experienced Aleut Federal Contracts staff.
- Provide guidance and leadership to vertical business unit team members and other leverage groups.
- Handle critical contractual formation and management obligations of high risk and visibility.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of business or related experience.
- A master's degree in business is highly desirable.
- NCMA certification is highly desirable.
- 8 years of contract management experience in support of Federal government prime contracts.
- 5 years of experience managing other Contracts professionals.
