What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthy Relationships Administrator position at Aleutian Pribilof Islands Association?
Responsible for program planning, administration, development, expansion, implementation and oversight of APIA’s Healthy Relationships Team. Provides oversight of grant monitoring and reporting. Oversees the day-to-day operations of projects focused on advocacy for victims to include: implementation of a health and wellness project, monitoring of project activities, requesting purchase of supplies, inventory control, travel to the region, report and grant writing, and assist with community events to accomplish goals and objectives. Supervision of staff includes trainings, direct and indirect service oversight, and weekly face-to-face meetings. Work with tribal leaders, law enforcement, shelters, community resources, medical and behavioral health providers to bridge needed services to victims of violence. Serves as a vital resource for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, sexual assault and human trafficking, providing culturally appropriate, direct services.
