The successful candidate will handle complex commercial & real estate litigation, land use and zoning appeals and litigation in local, state and federal courts. Firm represents developers, educational institutions, profit and not for profit organizations, hospitals and private individuals throughout Pennsylvania and
New Jersey.
Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of solid commercial litigation experience. Firm will also consider candidates with an Insurance Defense background who are interested in transitioning to Commercial Litigation work.
