Alex Karras Lincoln is looking for an Automotive Office Manager to join our Team!
Summary:
Processes and generates financial data for all dealership departments, which together represent the accurate financial condition of the business. Responsible for accounting office and administrative functions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Automotive Dealership Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures.
- Reviews daily bank deposit, cash report, & daily bank balances.
- Hires, trains, and supervises office personnel.
- Ensures compliance with all government regulations.
- Prepares payroll on a timely basis, posts payroll and maintains confidential payroll records.
- Stays abreast of current factory incentives and codes deliveries on dealership computer system accordingly.
- Reviews & reconciles all accounting schedules weekly.
- Attends managers meetings as requested.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
