State Farm Insurance Agent located in Orange, CA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented, Bilingual (Spanish / English) Life Insurance professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Alex Mora - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including health and life insurance.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

- Base Salary plus commission / bonus
- Group health plan. $300 monthly allowance.

Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish / English)
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Life & Health insurance license (must have or be able to obtain)
Salary : $75,000
