We are looking for an Insurance Sales Representative who is self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed. In this role, you will engage with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions. You will be backed by a financially strong company with excellent training and development opportunities. A Property & Casualty Insurance License and a Life & Health License is preferred. This position offers a base salary plus commission, with total earning potential between $40,000 and $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Sell insurance products while meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Build relationships and identify client needs to provide tailored solutions
- Stay up to date on insurance products and industry trends
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- An active Property & Casualty Insurance License is a bonus
- 1-3 years of sales/insurance experience
- An active Life & Health Insurance License is a bonus
- Strong goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to success
- Self-motivated, accountable, and reliable
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
