Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and addressing their needs.
- Explaining repair and maintenance services.
- Preparing and presenting accurate cost estimates.
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle repairs.
- Addressing any customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of European automobiles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for managing service records.
- A valid driver's license.
