RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses (pre-licensed applicants preferred)
- Proven experience working in financial services / investment planning preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.

- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
