Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the business owner. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is adept at using various office software and tools, including Google Suite and QuickBooks, to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to business owner, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in relevant systems.
- Manage email for owner
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Google Suite and other software applications.
- Highly experienced business owner needs a 'right hand person' to accept a wide variety of tasks and communicate openly & honestly about their capability of efficiently managing those tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the enterprise.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and QuickBooks is preferred.
- Experience in Marketing and Hospitality a plus.
- Research skills a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with various software and basic clerical functions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fairly complicated business environment.
- Adept at managing a wide range of tasks in many aspects of business operations.
