Job Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using both Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense) and Power BI Manage end-to-end BI production operations including job monitoring, user incidents, SLA management, and RCA. Implement and document incident and change management processes for Qlik and Power BI. Contribute to Analytics CoE setup: dashboard standardization, reusable assets, documentation, governance models. Collaborate with stakeholders for operational alignment and transparency. Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production stabilization. Ensure audit and data security compliance in healthcare analytics environments. What are we looking for?
Proven experience in Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense) and Power BI, with DAX, M-query, scripting, and modeling. Experience managing production BI environments with job scheduling, RCA, and access management. Hands-on experience in setting up or scaling an Analytics CoE with processes, assets, and governance.
