Qualifications / Requirements:
- 1-4 years of direct experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Private Credit.
- Exceptional financial modeling & analytical skills.
Job brief:
- Identify and assess potential investments in the power and renewable energy sectors, conducting market research and financial analysis.
- Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and due diligence processes, preparing investment memos and presentations for internal committees.
- Track financial and operational metrics of portfolio companies, contributing to strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform investment strategies.
- Work closely with senior professionals, external advisors, and portfolio company management teams to optimize investment strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
